In this crazy time of trying to buy and sell a home you need a realtor that is on top of the changing environment. We couldn't have been more pleased with how Team Alters helped us in both selling our home and building a new one. They even helped us find a rental to live in while our new home was being built. Since everything these days takes way longer to build, we worked with Frank and Sharon for over two years. They helped us sell our house in 2020 and found us a nice rental to live in. Then with their help we started the process of looking for a lot to build a house. Once we found and purchased the lot, they were right there for the next phase of setting up interviews with builders.
They were extremely respectful and offered to attend any meeting we had along the way but didn't push to be at them if we felt like we didn't need them there. During the building process, if we had issues that we couldn't resolve ourselves, they stepped in and advocated for us. Sharon and Frank are fantastic! We can’t say enough wonderful things about them. We were relocating for the 3rd time.
